Do I need any prior knowledge for your training courses and seminars?
No, our events are explicitly aimed at interested beginners.
Are there overnight accommodations?
We don't have our own accommodations, but there are various options nearby. We've compiled an overview HERE .
How can I reach Wershofen without a car?
The best way to travel to Bad Münstereifel is by train (or rail replacement service). From there, it's best to arrange a taxi. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
In addition, there has been a bus connection from Bonn to Wershofen since August 1, 2024.
For those with sporting ambitions, it is also possible to arrive by bike; we have compiled information about this HERE .
Are the events also suitable for children?
Our events (with the exception of the Junior Forester and the Family Hike, of course) are generally designed for adults. We provide a minimum age recommendation in the details of each event.
Can I bring my dog?
You can bring your dog to most of our events, provided it gets along well with other dogs and is kept on a leash at all times. However, please note that there are some exceptions. Specific information can be found in the details of each event.
It's very cold/wet/windy/hot - will our event take place?
We'll always go outside even in inclement weather, but your safety is of course our top priority. We can't predict sudden weather events, but we monitor the forecasts and will respond to acute weather conditions such as storms, wind, rain, or heat warnings and contact participants early.
When and where do we meet?
Any information you don't receive directly upon booking will be sent to you by email at least one week before the event. Otherwise, you can also find the meeting point in the product description of your booked event.
Can I rebook to another date?
Rebookings for seminars or other events are possible free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the event. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions .
Cancellation policy
You can cancel the contract for a booked event at any time. However, this is only possible in writing or in text form. Cancellations are possible free of charge within 14 days of the order. After that, the following processing fees apply:
a) Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the event: 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
b) Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the event: The full participation fee will be charged.
c) In case of non-attendance at the seminar date without prior cancellation: In this case the full participation fee will be charged.

To protect yourself against events such as illness, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out seminar insurance. This can be done up to 30 days before the start of the seminar. For further information, please contact your insurance advisor.
How can we give you feedback on the events?
We always appreciate feedback on our events! You can address it directly to our instructors or to us via email. For some events, we'll send you a questionnaire afterward. Finally, we always appreciate positive reviews here in the shop or via Google reviews . Thank you very much!
