The forest teems with life. Forest animals and their tracks can be discovered everywhere. They range from tiny to very large, from shy to curious, from nimble to lazy. You'll encounter flying creatures and those on all fours, creatures deep down in the ground and high up in the treetops, insatiable and frugal individuals.
While we humans usually only spend a few hours in the forest to enjoy a pleasant break, the forest's numerous creatures have made their homes there. Each of them has developed its own sophisticated habits to make life as pleasant as possible.
Geographer and biologist Jonas, forester Jan, and environmental bioscientist Celina take you on this extraordinary journey into the everyday lives of forest creatures. They incorporate the latest scientific findings as well as their own observations.
